"The Drain!" is a PSA explaining the risks and detriment related to unemployment fraud for the state of Kansas. I had the pleasure of creating this character and the look/feel which I associated with Saul Bass and crime noire films of the same era. Our agency was recognized with a Silver Addy for the project in the end.
